Solved memory dump (system crash)

Specs: Windows XP sp2 professional, intel dual core(1.8ghz)
Any one can tell me ..why physical memory dump happens?
and system has to reboot store the memory again..

The system reboots when there's a problem because you have configured to reboot. If you disable the setting, a blue screen will be displayed instead. And that screen will have an error message that should be helpful in fixing whatever the true problem is.
