Management Files NOW may be moved or Missing WHY?

May 22, 2014 at 06:27:35
Specs: Windows 7, Intel i7 -720QM @ 1.60 ghZ
To me this seem likely do to an update offered by Microsoft because it was first reported to me by my wife around the time support was ending on the XP Professional system down in here office.

Then now this week or late last week March 15th to the 20th 2014 I have a similar message on my 17" Windows 7 Notebook.

What gives? and why does no one seem to know whey this is happening or have a solution or recovery to resolve this issue.

Could you explain what that means.

Yeah, post the EXACT wording of the message you're getting. Nothing comes up but references to this thread using "Management Files NOW may be moved or Missing" as the search term.

I don't know if it's the same message you're getting but several hits result when leaving the NOW out of the search and using "Management Files may be moved or Missing". Here's one solution for that:

Possibly the update you installed stopped the processes mentioned there and didn't restart them.
