Specs: Windows XP, 2.2GHz / 2GB
Hi Guys,

My friend's computer was attacked by computer viruses and we decided to format and reinstall Windows XP on it.

We knew that we were going to need the disc which came with the comp for the drivers but we could not find it. We thought we could just download the drivers from the internet afterwards.

So we went ahead and reinstalled XP. However, after searching the internet for an hour, we still could not find a way to get the audio driver (integrated) installed.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks.

Nandy

"after searching the internet for an hour"

An hour? If you have a Dell, you'll find the drivers at the Dell website...if you have a HP, the drivers will be found at the HP website...if you have a Gateway, the drivers will be found at the Gateway website....if you have a Sony, the drivers will be found at the Sony website. Do you detect a pattern?

I bought it from a local computer store and it really didn't have a "brand name". They just assembled the parts together into a unit then sold it.

Download and install the Free version of this. It may detect the make of the mobo. Then go to the manufacturers website and get the drivers.
