lost home page address

Specs: Windows xp, pentium4 200GHz/256
can you tell me the ip address for Gateways homepage search engine that was the default homepage on my computer. it got highjacked and i lost the address. i want to put it back. thanks

you cannot lose the default homepage.
just open IE, click on tools/internet properties
and type in www.gateway.com

i tried that, but that is not the gateway search engine homepage, it goes just to their official site. i need the ip address for the gateway search engine site. which i should have written down before i deleted it...lol does anyone know that ip address? thanks

What search page are you asking about? Judging from your specs, it's a fairly old system. Was it the default home page that was setup on the PC since day one?
