April 14, 2010 at 09:15:16
Specs: Windows XP
My computer is saying webpage you requested is not available offline, no connection to the internet is currently available. I would click try again and it still does not connect. I would try to work offline and that does not work either. And then it states that a network cable is unplugged. Can someone help me.

Laptop or desktop?
Ethernet or wireless?

If ethernet, open network and disbale and then enable it again.
Did you try fixing your connection?
Did you remove a virus and ended up with no connection?
Did it ever work on your PC?

sounds like your winsock is damaged. Download winsockfix
http://www.softpedia.com/progDownlo...
to a thumbdrive on another PC and then install and run it on the faulty one.
Sounds to me like malware. You said:
'on of the employees click something restarted the computer and it wasnt working'

I would try malwarebytes, update it and do a quick scan removing all it finds.
