Lauch program from dos and check if it is running

Specs: Linux x86_64
Hallo everybody,
I am currently using a (windows) program which requires a license, managed through flexlm.

Since we have a limited amount of license, it could happen that there are not license available and an error window opens saying there are no more available license.

I would write a .batch macro which launch the program again and again, until a license is again free and the program actually start.

I could I do that? The error coming from the license server opens another window with just an ok button, but I guess there is no log file to be read in order to check if the program started or not..

Thanks in advance.

Might look at sysinternals for their tools to monitor windows.

Might show up in mem /p command.
