Solved Killing tasks on alternate way

Specs: MS-DOS 8+ (WINDOWS XP APLICATION "CMD.EXE" RUNNING TRUGHT "NTVDM.EXE" AS AN APPLICATION INSIDE WINDOWS XP), 4 CORES OF 2.4 GHZ/AND 4GB OF RAM
Hay
I want to know is there any way to bypass remote procedure call service (which is depended to DCOM server) while killing tasks from dos (disk operated system) simulator (cmd.exe)?

I used taskkill command in cmd, but taskkill application uses remote procedure call which uses dcom server to execute its operation. But I have faulty dcom server on my computer, and therefore remote procedure call fails to use DCOM server, and therefore taskkill fails to use remote procedure call to kill an application.

Is there any other (external) disk operated system (dos) based (or at least configurable from cmd) utility which can kill tasks, but which does not require remote procedure call (or at least does not requaire dcom server function of remote procedure call) to kill a task?
Thank you

THIS UTILITY WORKS EXACTLY AS I NEED. IT BYPASSES DCOM SERVER, RPC, AND IT USE ALTERNATE WAY OF KILLING TASKS.
DEPARTLY FROM TASKKILL WHICH USES RPC AND DCOM.
