Keep XP services running without restart PC

I'm looking for a windows program that does what the linux program for deamons does. I can't quite remember the name of the program in Linux, but there is one that keeps deamons running, if a deamon uses too much memory or shutsdown it restarts it. I need a program like this for windows, something that will restart services if they crash automatically so I don't have to restart windows or find out what services crashed.

Is there anything like this for windows?

Is there anything like this for windows?

Have you tried the net stop/net start commands and service name (in quotes) in the command prompt?

Yes, and that works. But I want something automatic like in Linux, I don't know what services are default when my windows starts. I want a program, like in Linux, that keeps all services running and auto restarts them if they crash.
