Is it okay to delete CLSID and/or Filter?

Specs: Windows XP
(Sorry, I didn't know what category to put this in...)

I'm using Revo Uninstaller and I'm uninstalling Sony Vegas Pro 10.00 and it says to only delete the bold items, and there's loads of random numbers which are bold inside folders called CLSID and Filter (And one in a folder called ARPCache) and that's all it says is in there, so is it okay to delete the folders?

If they belong to the program, yes.

If the folder is within the program, it's probably tied to the program. Add a restore point before you delete them. If it messes something up, just do a system restore.
