Solved is ISA card supported by windows xp

Specs: Macintosh
I have a medical Device that run on IBM link board on ISA slot
I can't see a driver but when I installs windows 98 it works automatically however when I install windows xp it stops working

is there is anyway I can make it work on windows xp?

Another necessity for ISA cards is they need a PSU that supplies -5 volts. Modern power supplies don't supply that voltage. So if an older system with ISA slots is updated with a newer PSU with no -5 volt rail the ISA slots won't work. Some info here:

That's not a problem here since the card works with 98 so it must be getting the -5 volts but it's a consideration for anyone building or repairing an older system.
