Internet Modem Problem

Specs: Windows XP
I reset my internet modem to factory settings instructed by qwest(internet light was not on) now i am able to access the config page but thats it qwest tech support cant help me. i cant connect to the internet. im new to this thing so can someone please help me?

If it's supplied by Quest, why can't they help you. What type of modem is is, Broadband or dial up?

Idk dey told me my modem is broken which I doubt...I have motorola 3347 and broadband
