Have never had this problem. PenTeleData cannot solve the matter and told me to go to COMPAQ for help. Followed all the tech's instructions without help. It now says "Website restorer error". It was updated 6/27/2011 by them.
I'm not quite sure what you mean by IE no longer comes up as saved. If you're having problems with IE, click on the Tools tab at the top of the browser and select Internet Options. Then click the Advanced tab and look at the bottom for reset internet explorer settings. Click the reset button. You should also have a look at Mozilla Firefox as a browser.
