1- you disn't say laptop or desktop?
2- ethernet or wireless?

You say you cannot connect and then you say:
'The problem has know moved to my iternet providers web page and i'am unabled to turn off my internet.'

Your post is quite confusing.

Hi sorry, yes it's a desktop and ethernet, when I say moved I mean as well, the problem came about when i was listing an item on ebay to sell, when I get to list your item and click on blue button it comes up, internet explorer cannot display this page.
I then click the blue back arrow and page has expired come up, I have now downloaded mozilla firefox and that works fine.

that could just be a temporary fix, an alternate browser.
You also didn't say what version IE you were using.

try resetting IE and then see if that cures the problem. Many times corrupted addons get installed.
