Internet Explorer app path gone in Registry

Specs: Windows XP, cpu speed: 1.4 ghz and RAM is 1.5 gigs
there is no "iexplorer.exe" in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\
How can i remake it!!!!
Help!!

Why are you playing around in the registry? If you have a problem with IE, reinstall it. But I strongly suggest you avoid installing IE8.

uncleferassi, Are you getting error messages about that file? You don't want anything to do with iexplorer.exe on your computer as it's not a Windows file but most probably malware/virus related. Did you spell it correctly or do you mean iexplore.exe which is a legitimate Windows file.

I think it messed up when i installed a windows 7 theme pack and uninstalled it and something got messed up. Srrry i meant iexplore.exe
I don't think i have viruses because i scan with malwarebytes and superantispyware so.....
