There is not such thing as "balancing mode". So your question doesn't make any sense nor does it include any details that may give us a clue.

i think there is one domain where the expression "balancing mode" (("network load balancing" in academic write )): multiple connection or multi host ; there is no balancing mode in xp (microsoft ref) but just for win server (NLBMGR task), in xp there is a soft tird party (NAt32 , wingate, wooweb)

i guess (what i see), a software router that manage multiple connection in same time...for one computer or a multi-lan.

can you explai by simple word how to do this in xp.

What you want doesn't exist in XP. It does in Linux with ip tables.
