|I've been faxing for years without any problems and today I went to fax and nothing is happening. I read through some of the postings and thought I'd uninstall/reinstall the modem and lo and behold, I do not have any modems listed in Device Manager. |
How does that happen and what do I need to do to "reinstall" it? I located driver information on the Gateway website, however, when I try to execute the installation file, it just says "installation failed". It does not give me any indication why it's failing.
