Installing Realplayer

I am having problems installing Realplayer. This window appears and the attempted installation comes to an end.

"Shell executable of Setup program has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience".

Advice please!

No, but if you already had installed RealJukebox, RealPlayer clashes with it.
