Insert a row

Specs: Windows XP
My excel document is over 6000 rows. I need to insert a row on the beginning of each page. Each row that I need to insert is having a different value. e.g. =A2, next will be =A15

Just to add, the row that i want to add should look like this on the beginning of each page.
