IE8 Reopen Last Browsing Session

Specs: Windows XP
After closing the ie with many tabs today i want to open all the tabs the next day using the optin TOOLS > REOPEN LAST BROWSING SESSION. But in my browser under tools, the checkbox for the optin DELETE BROWSING HISTORY ON EXIT is checked and it is disabled. to work the otptin REOPEN LAST BROWSING SESSION first this checkbox was unchecked since it delete all the history when ie was closed. but to unchek it is disabled. How to enable the otption DELETE BROWSING HISTORY ON EXIT with check box.

i also did the above process. Actually by searching in net i checked using gpedit.msc(using group policy editor) and regedit.exe(using registry editing), but both are not working. when i go to the TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS, there is a message at the bottom of the window saying that "some settings are managed by your system adminstrator". Actually what happens is after applying the setting above and restarting ...the ie just one time it shows the enabled options and then immediately disabled.(disabled means the optinos are in light grey color..... we are not touching the option with mouse pointer)
In my system-notepad the status bar (VIEW > STATUS BAR) also disabled.
My question is we cant do anything for the admin settings. (here my system means which was allocated in my office)
