The internet browsing is very slow

I have done the research I tried the fixes and at the end of the day I still end up with a slow IE6.
This is what I done sow far.

Uninstall IE7 now back at IE6 I guess it dint un install it all together
reset all the Internet options to the default,

did all the “regsvr32 urlxxx.dll” but one of them “shdocvw.dll” failed, return code was 0x8002801c,

I run the “sfc /scannow” but it hangs up on asking to insert the second CD but I only have the one that came with the laptop,

and just to test that is not the IE browser I installed mozilla and it was the same

I run the hijackthis.log but I can’t make heads or tales out of this.

I run Spyware doctor and did full scan no bugs there.

I uninstall mozilla and revert back to IE6 from IE7. I did Internet speed test with at&t wireless air card and it was 2163 kbps download 351 upload and did a test connected to wireless network and it was 594 down 367 up, the browsing still the same also did one more scan with spyware doctor and no bugs.

Your download speed is OK. That is fairly decent speed. You probably need to cleanup malware/spyware. Try CCleaner slim and malwarebytes.
