Specs: Windows XP
Hi I am using Mozilla Firefox 4.0 Beta 12 browser and am trying to install microsoft silverlight software but am not able to connect with link you have provided. I am getting error "Firefox can't find the server at go.microsoft.com.".. Plz help me to resolve this...My current OS is Windows XP

Hi ijack the link you have given its also not working as its giving error " Firefox can't find the server at www.microsoft.com." while opening it..Plz suggest some other way to get it fixed.

The Microsoft site may be blocked, for some reason, so maybe you can progress a bit further using the "numerical" IP address instead:

207.46.232.182

But if Microsoft really is presently being blocked (security, firewall, hosts file, etc.), you really should resolve that well ahead of worrying about Silverlight.
