i want to combine to documents into one file,

Specs: Windows XP
I have 2 documents that I have written, I know how to open new folders etc but what is the quickest way to seamlessly put them together in one new file, please??

Basically all you do is copy and paste from one document to the other. The details of how you would go about this depends entirely on the nature of document and it's purpose.

If using Word you can merge documents. Tools> Merge.
