Assuming you are using IE then all you should have to do is go to the website then in IE > Tools > Internet Options > General tab and hit the "Use default" button.

If that's what you are doing and it won't stick then two possibilities come to mind:

1. You have some protection software onboard which is stopping your home page from being hijacked.

2. You have some sort of infection. In this case first step would be to download MalwareBytes freebie from here:
http://www.filehippo.com/download_m...

Install it, update it and run it. Let it fix all it finds.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

MSN appears to have gone down a few hours ago. Solution is to wait until it comes back up.

Nice one SkipCox

Probably the answer but it all depends on what poster means by "not sticking".
I assumed it kept going back to a previous home page setting.

My MSN homepage doesn't do any sort of sticking. I get a screen with the heading...

This page can't be displayed

...in nice big blue letters.

Also get a button that will allow me to check my internet connection. You guessed it; MS thinks I need to check the connection that works with everything except MSN.com.

Just another day...
