Without knowing what is asking for the password (it could be your hard drive is locked, the BIOS, Windows or a 3rd party program) it is impossible to even start helping and then many passwords are, by definition, not easy to circumvent.

So when, exactly, does the system ask for a password?

I guess by 'memory' you mean hard drive space.

Can you get to 'system restore'? It will depend on what you deleted but doing a restore might get it back.

Otherwise, what computer, OS or software function is asking for the password? Is it asking before or after windows loads?

Do you know what you deleted or how you did it?

We can probably advise on how to reclaim space but don't pick off system files - what happened to you is almost always the outcome.

For now, just off the top of my head:

Uninstall unwanted programs (properly using "Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs"). Do not just delete files.

Reduce the number of restore points (after the problem is sorted).

Install and run CCleaner Slim. Usually the space gained well outweighs the size of this program.

Reduce the number of saved videos if you can manage without them.

Put your own stuff onto an external HDD - they are quite cheap these days.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
