Specs: Windows Vista
i was deleting some filles then all the sudden my computer died cozed by low battery then i try to start it up again and i get this following error

Isass.exe.system error
When trying to update a password this return status indicates that the value provided as the current password was not correct.

after the boot and just befor the login screen and it just keep looping doing the same thing please help

All the resolutions I've seen for this involve re-installing Windows with your recovery disc supplied by the PC maker.

If you do go the re-install path - and presumably it will be with a recovery disk... Fisrt take steps to safeguard your data.

Bet a Knoppix or Ubuntu disk and boot with that. Then you can access and copy data to optical-media... Would be wise to do this regardless of how you start to resolve the problem posted...

Knoppix can be downloaded as an iso file at burned to a disk; similarly Ubuntu.

Both are freebies..
