I looks like you're saying your hard drive is full? What are you asking from us? You need to clear out the garbage that's taking up the space. Empty the Recycle Bin, empty the temp folder, delete any files that you don't need, uninstall old programs you no longer use, etc.

Also disable System Restore if you think you're not going to need it.

To disable system restore- right click 'My Computer' icon>properties>click on System Restore tab>and uncheck the box that says 'enable system restore'... (or something like that)

Log on as the administrator in order to do that.

DO NOT disable System Restore... use Disk Cleanup to clear all but the last Restore point to gain extra space. You WILL have cause to need it one day.
