There is no Operating System Windows64, therefore is the USB HSPDA Dongle compatible with whatever version of Windows you are using ?

Googling is quicker than waiting for an answer....

The only version of XP that is 64 bit is Pro 64 bit.
Is that what you are using ?

If there ARE XP Pro 64 bit drivers for your wireless adapter (there may NOT be).....

Follow the manufacturer's installation directions !!
- usually you MUST install at least some of the software for it BEFORE you first plug in a USB wireless adapter !
- usually you DO NOT install drivers for it when Found New Hardware pops up !

If you HAVE installed the software for the wireless adapter properly, if you are having problems getting it to connect to your router or to the internet, say so !
That's a whole different subject.

"hsdpa usb" is too generic a description.

High-Speed Downlink Packet Access

What is it's make and model ??
