I can't send file when there is attachments

Specs: Windows XP
I can't send file when there is attachments . Outlook 2007 accepts the attacyhments but when sending, it goes in to sync folder then stays in out box and won't send, Is there a way of fixing settings?

Very large attachments may cause this behavior.

To remove the email from your outbox try:

1. Open Outlook
2. Click File --> Work Offline
3. Now delete the email from your outbox.
4. Click File --> Work Offline to remove the check mark next to Work Offline.
