i cant boot windows, safe mode, nothing.

Specs: Windows XP
i have windows xp media center edition 2005 and i have downloaded a driver for my new monitor lg E2250 and my computer have shut down.. since that i cant load windows i cant boot in safe mode for a restaure i can acces to the BIOS and the boot option.. but after that nothing happens just a black screen .. my computer keep loading , loading.. i can wait 5 hours he will load but my screen still black. my computer is a MDG . Please Im a Girl and i Need help!!! My Boyfriend is Mad at Me Cuz of the Situation!! :(
i see the windows logo and after i get:

... alter the booting sequence in the bios, disable or change the option that is booting to Lan network (or similar)

... important save settings on exit of bios

Im going in Bios with F2 and then F9 Y (Yes) and choose the option save and exit.

My Bios version: P394510M.86A.0050.2007.0710.1559
Processor Intel Pentium D CPU 2.8GHZ
and Intel EMB64T Capable

i have windows hp media center 2005
and its since i have install the easy set package and drivers for my new monitor LG Flatron E2250

... can you see the HD0 (harddrive) in the booting sequence?

... or see it in the bios as "detected" perhaps select the autodetect function!

... and set it as first (harddrive) or second (or cdrom) boot up choice
