I cannot get my Dell Inspiron 630m to apple store or itunes...anyone know why? I am in the UK and use btinternet as my ISP....?

Which kind of connection are you using? A cable (Ethernet) or wireless connection. If it is a cable, make sure that the both ends are plugged in securely, one in your computer, another in a modem, router, or wall jack. For the Wireless, make sure you are connected to your network. An icon by the time should be there if connected
