On trying to reinstal broadband installer to recover missing items everything runs smooth until internet connection test. I get message that I have got a raw connection (i.e all cables connected properly) failed to ping 22.214.171.124 and 126.96.36.199 timed out error code 9. On doing a full internet connection my DHCP servers were also timed out and failed to ping. They are 188.8.131.52 and 184.108.40.206. Can anyone help? Don Carr.
