how to remove windows-login screen

Specs: Windows XP
My brother tried to get Internet to my laptop via LAN and installed Client Services NetWare, so it swapped my launching procedere for my misfortune. After I deinstalled this client following tips from an article I found here ( ) I hoped to get all settings back, but now I can only choose between the welcome and fast switching tabs - wanting neither of them. I searching for launch windows without any annoying screen between me and my desktop, like how it was before my brother had chaged a thing
Could you help me?
(Sorry for bad grammar, i'm better in understanding :) )

If you have Net Framework 1.1 in Add/Remove Programs, then you have to Update it here ---
The Welcome to Windows screen appears when you start Windows XP after you install the .NET Framework 1.1

In Control Panel,
click User Accounts,
then "Change the way users log on or off",
check mark both items--
"Use Welcome Screen", and
"Use Fast User Switching"

Also to say if you have Guest Account showing at
Log on, then turn it off.

In User Accounts,
click Guest Account,
then click "Turn off Guest Account".
