How to get rid of Web Browsing Issues?

Specs: Windows XP
Please take me out of this situation, I can't able to open some Websites on my Browser. For E.g. www.microsoft.com, I can't able to reach this website, every time an error occurs that this website is not available.

Try running malwarebytes and see it helps. Run a full scan and remove what it finds.

You didn't list your system specs or provide any other useful info. Have you installed SP3 & all the other Windows Updates including IE8?

Try changing your DNS settings. This may solve your problem. Or try to flush the DNS settings. You can see how to do both here.

Web browsing issues can panic anyone, First of all check the speed of your internet connection.
Then next step is to clear all cookies and cache files from the system. Remove all history. This will definitely increase up the speed of your Web Browser.

Remove Temporary Internet Files and use good browsers like Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome
