how to fix dll errors for windows xp intel at

Specs: Windows XP, 1.60 ghz
I have a dll that wont expect pc suits like on a cellphone or general things it says ? The system DLL user32 .dll was relocated in memory.The application will not run properly. The relocation oc curred because the DLL C:\windows\system32\shell32.(etc)... What does this mean ?

Err... I mean the one in "shell32.(etc)" or is this also user32.dll

This might be of interest:

You could also type sfc /scannow in the Run box then hit Enter. This will check your system files.
