i want to track the accessed time of files on my external hard disk accomdata 100gb in my absence

File access time is not stored in the registry but in the file system.
You can view this in Windows Explorer if the column is added. Right click on the right side view and select "More" in the menu. In the dialog you can select "Access time".

Note that if the drive is formatted FAT32 you will only get the date accessed. FAT32 does not keep track of access time.

Also note that you cannot obtain this information from the file properties dialog. If you try that you will set the access time to todays date.
