How to Enable SafeBoot with Windows XP Professional

Specs: Windows XP
To boot into safe mode with Windows XP Professional Sp3:

For those who are having problem booting into safemode or any mode:

Go to start menu; click on "Help and Support" then under "Pick a Task" please click on "Use tool to view your computer information and diagnose problems".

Next under "Tools" scroll down towards the bottom of menu and click on "System Configuration Utility," and open it.

Click on Boot.INI ....where you will see "Check all boot path. Please DO NOT check all path. Under Boot Options....only check SAFEBOOT and Choose "DSREPAIR" for disk repair.; and click apply. It should automatically start in safemode.

Restart your computer WITHOUT pressing F8. You do not need to press F8 to avoid booting conflict in the system.

When You are done using safemode; restart your computer pressing F8 and click start Windows with normal boot.
