How to display distribution list name in sent

Microsoft Outlook 2003 (full product)

I am trying to figure out how to show the distribution list as the 'Sent To' in my Sent folder. I have Outlook 2003.

yes I did. Thats not what I am looking for. I am trying to get the distribution list name to be listed under the 'To' in my sent items folder. Not in the actual email.

You'll see whatever is in the "Display As" Field for the contact entry for that DL.

The only Display as I can find only work for normal contact cards. As in full name, company...etc.

I want a distribution name of 'Staff' to show up in my sent folder instead of each individual name.

I answered your question. Whatever you call the Group (ie DL Name in Contacts) is what will show in the To: line.

I want the distribution name to show up in the sent folder which it doesn't. Each individual name shows up in the sent folder. Yes, in the actual email the distribution name shows up on the to line but not in the folder.
