How to block websites except some which i configured

Specs: windows xp sp2, Core 2 duo,3 GB ram
This is Ravi from vijayawada and working in a college.there is an office system with internet prob is some of our staff are mis that my principal said to me do some when i connect through bsnl connect, it has to connect to internet but no websites will not be opened except i added.i used content advisor but it is not working fine.after configured it is asking supervisor password if i press cancel and refresh, then it is opening the site.i need an excellent software or settings to block websites.but it wont ask any password like content advisor or any thing just block any website that's it.means just display blocked or some message

You create a firewall device or buy one would be best choice. That way a local user can't bypass any local security. Get an old computer maybe and run untangle linux on it or other firewall.

A firewall cannot block any websites and allow some specific websites, but a proxy server can do.

You can also do domain content filtering with a good router though a proxy gives you better control.
