How to add a exe to startup using batch file

Hi,
I need to add a exe to be run on startup and i tried altering the registry, i need a batch file /script to add a string value in startup for running the exe

The .exe file can be added to the startup folder and it will run at startup take the .exe file and drag ito to the following location start all Programmes and select the startup Item and place it in there then at each start the .exe will run
