Specs: Windows XP, CPU N280, 1.67 GB
how long is MS expected to support XP, SP3?
on my dell 9200, have MS office small bus, Norton360 5.0
what v IE explorer others easiest & supported
need this first so submitting 1st , disregard 1st
want to upgrade my ASUS netbook sys for little more computing power
if possible,
ASUS Eee PCF XP Home v 2002, SP3, CPU N280 @1.66Gh, 1,67GB RAM
have norton netbook v
what v ms ofc or open office v thats easier w ms ofc small bus

Whatever, you can still use your computer after end of support.

The main issue is that you no longer get security updates, so you have to a be a bit more careful and ensure that your AV and other security programs are suitable.

In the past, third party software (of any sort) has fizzled out after end of support but I have a hunch that XP will be supported a fair while because it is at least NT based (unlike W98 etc).

My old W98 is still usable and online. It is semi-retired because it won't take modern software - partly a hardware limitation.
