If you own Ghost 15 then read the user guide in PDF format. It appears you should be able to but I no nothing about the latest versions of Ghost. I gave up on Ghost with the 2003 version that had issues with SATA hard drives.

Ghost (depending or version) can take a file by file or a bit by bit copy of a drive and usually try to put it to some other drive.

I would be tempted to take that 98 and convert it or use it for a virtual machine. Some ghost products can do that directly and there are other ways too.

EaseUS Disk Copy Home Edition creates a bootable cd, therefore as long as the machines BIOS recognizes the two drives you can clone them. It does not matter what interface or size (within reason):
