Open a command prompt. Type exactly as below

cd /d c:\ {Enter}
attrib -s -r -h boot.ini {enter}
notepad boot.ini {Enter}

It will open up boot.ini in notepad, it will look similer to below

===============================================
[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows 2003 " /fastdetect
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Save it.

And now run below commands back on cmd.

attrib +S +r +h boot.ini {enter}

Remove the line which has 2003 in it. Make sure to make a backup or copy of it incase something goes wrong you can go back.

Disclaimer : Editing boot.ini is risky, especially when you dont know what you are doing. It *can* make your system unbootable. If you are really not sure or confuse what to do and what not,better not do it.
