how do my window regconize my video memory ?

Specs: Windows XP, pentium4/ 1016 MB ram
my window doesn't know how much video memory and it say n/a to all video memory details
i looked online and know that i have 64 MB video memory. i haave a HP - Compaq Evo D530

Are the specs you show at the top correct? 1016mb ram?

Did you figure that out from within windows? If so that indicates to me that your system may actually have 1024mb total ram with your graphics set in bios to only 8mb not the 64 that you think you might have.

Onboard graphics shares the system ram and the amount of shared ram reserved for graphics is set in BIOS. Boot up your bios and check the settings.
