Solved How do I update the BIOS if the NTLDR is missing?

Specs: N/A
I am supposed to go to "Resources" (by the way, I don't know where that is) on my laptop which originally has Windows XP as the operating system, to update the BIOS so that I can install a new operating system, but it says that the NTLDR is missing. How do I fix both issues at once?

If this one is not working we need to do a repair installation of Windows XP.......
By doing the repair installation it will replace the NTLDR and fix the issue. To do the Repair installation of Windows XP we need the same Version of Windows XP re installation CD.

Never update a bios unless the update has some exact issue you need to have fixed.
