Solved how do I turn off narrator in xp?

Specs: Windows Vista
I cant turn it off. Ive tried ease of access but cant find any sort of "turn off narrator"
This is driving me crazy and slowing down start up process

XP doesn't have Ease of Access. Have you rebooted since you enabled Narrator? That should kill it unless you enabled "start with Windows".

Click the Start menu > All Programs > Accessories > Accessibility, & then click Narrator. It will popup in the lower right hand of your screen.
