how do i stop my computer from auto logging i

Specs: Windows XP
I have a user account that requires a password. The computer asks me for it if it has been turned on from hibernation mode. If the computer has been shut down completely and then turned on, it will not ask me what user account I want to use or the password, and will automatically log me in under 'owner' account (which is supposed to require a password). I have already tried not using the welcome screen which sort of works, but I do not like it and it also will not give me a hint as to what my password is in the event that I might forget it.

I found my answer.
Start menu, run, type in the box "control userpasswords2" and then check the square to "enable"
It worked like a charm!
