Specs: Windows XP
The rundll.32 file on my "notebook" (that doesn't have a cd drive) (Acer Aspire One windows XP)
has been deleted. Therefore when I try and do a restore OR recovery I can't because the application needed to do that is run with the rundll.32 file that has been deleted!

Try hitting Alt + F11 at start up to get to the recovery partition.

You don't have a notebook, you have a NETbook. And there is no rundll.32, I think you mean rundll32.exe. Turn on your file extensions, find the file & copy it to the proper folder.

Pardon me for not being more specific. I ass-sumed that those here would know. I had already looked for the file in other places on the computer, it had been DELETED, like I said.
