how do i replace the menu bar

I am missing my menu bar how do i put it back up

Main one on top of the screen that contains File, View, Tools etc. I've tried right clicking the empty spaces but the Toolbars do not come up.

You need to identify the program you're in. If it's IE, hit the Alt key.

Sorry, but it's a tricky for us to guess which toolbar and which program you have in mind. I will guess it is IE browser. In which case, first follow post #5 above which will make it show temporarily. Next follow post #3 otherwise it will be missing again next time you open IE.
