Specs: Windows XP, 2.8 GHz / 503 MB
I have a HP 7700 Series Photosmart Printer, and Generic "Text Only" xps Printer, and a FAX, all indicated in the "Printers and Faxes" Dialog Box. I have the two printers connected to the USB Virtual Photosmart Printer Port. With that set up, I am able to print from all windows programs, text and graphics, from photo collections, from an Old Print Shop Program Card Program, text and graphics, and any selection I might make from a web screen, text or graphic. My problem is with American Greetings E-Cards. I cannot get them to do anything at all. Nothing. No Messages. No Anything.

Kind of the point of E-cards is you don't waste paper.

Did you even bother trying the link?

"Search results for : printing ecards"

When replying it would be helpful to address the reply to the intended person. I find it hard to know who you are replying to.

OtheHill,
If this isn't the way to do this, (respond so you get it), please explain.

I feel your question was out of line. I don't want to have to build a TRUST Level with you, because, I do not have to.

Like I told you earlier, I contacted them. They told me that they could be of no assistance.

But did you read their FAQ list I linked? It explains how to print their Ecards.

So, did you actually read the link or not?

And, yes, addressing the response with my name on it is helpful if it is intended for me.

OtheHill,
Yes I did. I even added Flash Player to my OS. That didn't help. I went back again this AM and looked to see if I had missed something. I still am not sure. They say something about IE7 or better, Foxfire 2, or Foxfire 3. Now I have IE8, but needless to say, no Foxfire. Is that my problem? If it is, I do not want to switch.
Thanks,
Hardin
