If you're using the Web Search feature, click the down arrow, go to Manage Search Engines, and remove ResultBar. Also check Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
If you're going to Google.com and being redirected to that ResultBar page, you've been infected with malware and should perform a full system scan with Malwarebytes Free. Since no single program is perfect, I suggest you also run SuperAntiApyware Portable after Malwarebytes. Keep in mind, SAS detects tracking cookies which aren't necessarily malicious but a good thing to remove anyway.
